Neighborhood Parks
The Meadows at Chandler Creek MUD has a large park located at 2323 Agarita Trail, Round Rock, TX 78665. In conjunction with the HOA, this park includes a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court, soccer/football field, softball field, 3 playgrounds, covered pavilion, lighted walking trail, and numerous benches, picnic tables, and permanent BBQ pits. Reservation of the pavilion is free to MUD residents.
Both the HOA tennis courts and HOA swimming pool require access keys or access codes for entrance. To obtain access, call PS Property Management, the HOA management company at (512) 251-6122.

Park Amenities
Covered Pavilion
The Pavilion is now open for reservations. Reservations can only be made online and must be made at least eight (8) days in advance. The pavilion has two permanent BBQ pits on two sides and moveable picnic tables. Water and electricity are also available. The pavilion is close to the soccer field and playground.
New Playgrounds
Increase your child’s activity level with the MCC MUD recently added playground. A day out on the playground will entice your child to use his or her imagination and creativity. It features shaded slides, swings, spinning chairs, and tons of crawling and climbing fun. It is appropriate for children 4 and older.
Soccer & Football
Come Practice on our new soccer/football field. Lush grass recently planted and set up for year-round irrigation. This versatile field is approximately 80 yards in length and provides a net for soccer practice or field goal post for football practice. It is bordered by a split rail fence to keep your balls out of the creek.
Softball
Our softball field is located across the way from the soccer field and is currently set up with a backstop. The Board of the MCC MUD hopes to develop this area further in the future to possibly include a home plate, pitcher plate, bases, dugouts, bleachers, and scoreboard.
Basketball
Whether you are looking for a friendly game of HORSE or competitive 3 on 3 match-up, the MCC basketball courts provide the perfect location. The lighted court can be turned on manually or automatically at dusk.
Sand Volleyball
Our softball field is located across the way from the soccer field and is currently set up with a backstop. The Board of the MCC MUD hopes to develop this area further in the future to possibly include a home plate, pitcher plate, bases, dugouts, bleachers, and scoreboard.
Walking Trails
Enjoy the ease of paved sidewalks running throughout the park. Lights are located throughout the trail. The total path is approximately ½ mile in distance. The scenic trail also passes over bridges and through the woods to arrive at the elementary school located off Chandler Blvd.
HOA Swimming Pool
Recently renovated to allow more guests and year-round access. There are no lifeguards on duty and residents should swim at their own risk.

Tennis Courts
The tennis courts have recently been repainted, with new nets added. There is a backboard for individual practice, and two separate courts to play your very own Meadows of Chandler Creek Round Robin Open. The tennis courts have lights, so that your match is not interrupted by dusk.
