As many of our residents know, multiple contractors have been working in the area over the past weeks.

AT&T has been working in the Newport Landing area leading to muliple complaints of noise and parking issues.

Although AT&T did not notify any residents or District representatives before starting thier work, crews are working in utility easements.

ATMOS has also been working in the easement to mow and clear trees for their upcoming gas line project.

The ATMOS gas line project will begin on August 24th. Crews will be on site working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until the work is completed. ATMOS crews will only work on the weekends under special circumstances approved by the city.

ATMOS has mailed letters to residents regarding this project. They have also been in contact with District representatives in order to coordinate their project.
